Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mori-Seiki E54011A02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Capco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nsk product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynics such as the HCI6T1W2E1401E1401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ETDS75013CTADS manufactured by Atlas-Capco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Capco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMB014AF104 by Manufacturer Nsk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand IC693CPU374 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asea such as EH450C32VDCT equipment made by Asea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asea" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FLDM170C1011S42 made by Baumer-Electric as well as the popular IC693UDR001NP1 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600AIAD1 by Fanuc and EH450C32VDCT spares by Asea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
